Most of our catalogue comes from our distributor's data, and prices and availability change often. We do our best to keep it right, but a price or a stock figure shown here can be wrong.

If something is priced incorrectly, or turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and either put it right or cancel and refund the order in full. We do not have to sell at a price that was clearly a mistake.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we charge your card and confirm it, and we may decline an order — for example where an item cannot be supplied, or where we cannot lawfully ship it to you.

Items we hold in the shop can be collected. Items we do not hold are shipped direct by our distributor, and shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Some products cannot lawfully be sent to some states, and the checkout will tell you when something in your basket cannot go to the address you have given. That restriction is not ours and we cannot waive it. Where this applies you can remove the item or collect it from the shop in person.

You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully own what you are buying where you live.

Some goods cannot be returned once used or once their packaging is opened — ammunition and consumables in particular. Custom and personalised items, including printed apparel, are made for you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we got them wrong.

We service your own equipment at your request. We will tell you if we think something is unsafe, but we do not warrant equipment we did not sell you, and we are not responsible for a failure caused by wear, damage, or a modification made elsewhere.

Entering a shoot means accepting the liability waiver shown during registration, which stands on its own terms alongside these. Entry fees are non-refundable, and an event may be cancelled or rescheduled for weather, safety, or insufficient entries.

Your name and scores appear on the public leaderboard for the event.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.

We stand behind what we sell and the work we do. What we are not responsible for is indirect or consequential loss — a missed hunt, a cancelled trip, lost earnings — and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. Product images and descriptions from manufacturers and distributors remain theirs.

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Georgia law, and the state or superior courts of Putnam County, Georgia.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
